Job summary

KACE Company is seeking a Team Lead for linguist operations across multiple U.S. locations. The role oversees daily language project work, ensures quality, and serves as the primary tech contact for staff at client sites.

Occasional travel to remote offices is required. Qualified candidates have a bilingual English/Spanish background, management experience, and the ability to mentor teams while maintaining project timelines and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or active progress toward a bachelor’s degree; three years’ professional experience OR Associates with five years’ experience OR High School with seven years’ experience.
• One-year management experience in a related industry or Title III project support preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; APOLLO assessments 90%+; English/Spanish at Level 3 in all skills areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality output.
• Serve as primary point of contact for linguists; escalate issues to Program/Field/Operations Managers.
• Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate training using the learning management system.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and generate weekly productivity reports.
• Schedule management and coordination with client for debriefings and updates.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and address issues with appropriate escalation.
• Verify time and expense reports for final approvals.
