Job summary

KACE Company is looking for a Lead Linguist to manage a team of linguists across multiple client sites, including Phoenix, AZ. The role includes technical supervision, scheduling, and ensuring quality control of summaries, translations, and transcriptions.

The candidate will act as a client-facing POC, coordinate training, and monitor performance, while also stepping in as a linguist when needed. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in professional setting, or Associate with 5+ years.
• One-year management experience in related industry preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English.
• Must score 90% or higher on APOLLO assessments.
• English and Spanish proficiency at or above Level 3 in Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
• Willing to travel to remote offices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of linguists to meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Serve as primary client POC for operational inquiries and policy updates.
• Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate training.
• Maintain quality control procedures and weekly productivity reports.
• Provide feedback and refresher training for underperforming staff.
• Ensure correct project codes and proper time records are maintained.
