Job summary

KACE Company seeks a Team Lead to manage a team of linguists across multiple client sites, ensuring delivery meets schedules, budgets, and quality standards. You will serve as the primary client technical point of contact and will support training and supervision while traveling to client locations as required.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English proficiency, a valid Public Trust clearance, and the ability to coordinate with program managers and field supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with three years in a professional setting.
• One-year management experience in a related industry preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Requires ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a linguist team to ensure work is on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Serve as the primary client technical POC for linguistic operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate training and onboarding with program managers and supervisors.
• Enforce company policies and SOPs and monitor output quality across summaries, transcriptions, and translations.
• Verify time records, project codes, and expense reporting for approval.
