KACE Company is hiring a Team Lead in multiple locations with a focus on linguist team supervision, client coordination, and quality control. This role requires leadership of a diverse language team, ensuring timely delivery of translations, summaries and transcriptions while maintaining high standards.

The Team Lead will coordinate with program managers, conduct training, manage schedules and time records, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or progress toward degree with 3 years’ experience.
• Associates degree with 5 years’ experience.
• High School diploma with 7 years’ experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily linguist operations and productivity.
• Serve as primary technical POC for client inquiries.
• Ensure training and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage scheduling and time records and travel coordination.
• Collaborate with managers to address issues and improvements.
