Qualifications

• Under close supervision, apply construction specifications to perform the less complicated tasks on high and low voltage line work.
• Must be willing and able to perform physically demanding tasks as part of electric transmission and distribution work.
• Follow safety rules and procedures while working on energized or potentially energized circuits.

Responsibilities

• Install crossarms, secondary racks and hardware for vertical type construction.
• Assist in the installation, maintenance and repair of street lighting equipment and fixtures.
• Direct work of helpers and apprentices as required.
