Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of electrical distribution systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Willingness to travel long distances on short notice and work extended hours.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in construction, maintenance, and repair of distribution lines under supervision.
• Learn to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment in safe condition.
• Work safely on energized and de-energized systems and use PPE properly.
• Support crew with framing, pole setting, and equipment installation.
• Participate in training to develop leadership and technical skills.
