Responsibilities

• Monitor facility metrics related to service, safety, cost and quality daily.
• Coordinate load plan changes with BC/AOs and update Vision/VRP systems.
• Investigate customer service complaints and resolve with customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management when needed.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance information and ensure DOT compliance.
• Create and maintain files for equipment, insurance and maintenance docs.
• Enter dispatch events into the online system and verify yard inventory.
• Investigate delays, accidents and plan contingencies for on-time delivery.
• Assist in driver training classes and other duties as assigned.
