Lindt in Stratham, NH seeks an experienced Line Lead to run an entire production line, ensuring productivity and quality. You will assign daily duties, oversee line personnel, and address issues promptly, while maintaining safety and TPM practices.

Responsibilities include coordinating line productivity, leading shift handovers, preserving records in SAP/ICS, and supporting lean initiatives. A high school diploma is required with 2 years in manufacturing and supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food industry.
• 2 years supervisory/lead experience, preferred
• Root Cause Analysis (5 Why/Fishbone), preferred
• Leadership training, preferred
• Total Productive Maintenance experience, preferred

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Line Productivity: manage line staff, set up/changeovers, monitor quality, and ensure daily production targets.
• Ensure Quality & Safety Standards: inspect finished products, enforce safety guidelines, and participate in 5S/ TPM activities.
• Administrative Duties: record keeping using SAP, ICS, Ignition, Brady Link 360 and ADP; monitor attendance; report downtime and maintenance.
