The successful candidate will have 2 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SAP and related systems is a plus, with flexible shifts and potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food industry.
• 2 years supervisory/lead experience, preferred
• Root Cause Analysis (5 Why/Fishbone), preferred
• Leadership training, preferred
• Total Productive Maintenance experience, preferred

Responsabilités

• Coordinate line productivity and ensure line personnel are utilized effectively, with set up and changeovers.
• Lead and motivate line staff; provide training and direction for task completion.
• Direct and monitor procedures; communicate issues timely to supervisor.
• Communicate shift productivity standards to meet/exceed volume targets.
• Lead daily shift handover meetings and ensure line supplies meet daily schedule.
• Identify line issues using root cause analysis and work with supervision/maintenance to maximize efficiency.
