Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli is hiring a Line Lead for the Stratham, NH production line. The role involves running an entire line, coordinating setup and changeovers, and leading staff to meet daily production and quality targets.

You will use 5S/Lean practices, perform safety checks, and document line performance in SAP and related systems while collaborating across teams to sustain high efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food industry
• 2+ years supervisory/lead experience preferred
• Root Cause Analysis (5 Why/Fishbone) experience preferred
• Lean/TPM knowledge helpful
• Second language a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate line productivity, oversee setup and changeovers
• Lead and train line staff to maximize productivity and quality
• Communicate shift productivity standards and conduct daily handover meetings
• Ensure lines are supplied with components to meet production schedule
• Identify line issues using root cause analysis and coordinate with supervision and maintenance
• Inspect finished products to ensure production/quality standards and follow safety guidelines
