Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food industry.
• 2 years supervisory/lead experience, preferred.
• Root Cause Analysis (5 Why/Fishbone), preferred.
• Leadership training, preferred.
• Total Productive Maintenance experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Line Productivity: ensure line personnel are utilized, set up, and changeovers.
• Lead and motivate line staff, provide training and direction.
• Ensure procedures and controls are met; communicate issues to supervisor.
• Meet or exceed daily production standards; lead daily handover meetings.
• Verify lines have necessary components to meet daily schedule.
• Identify line issues using root cause analysis and communicate with maintenance.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards; observe safety guidelines.
• Follow Lock Out Tag Out policies; maintain clean and sanitary work areas.
• Attend meetings to discuss productivity and safety; suggest improvements.
