Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food industry.
• 2 years supervisory/lead experience, preferred.
• Root Cause Analysis (5 Why/Fishbone) preferred.
• Leadership training, preferred.
• Total Productive Maintenance experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Line Productivity with daily duties, setup and changeovers.
• Lead and motivate line staff to ensure productivity and quality.
• Monitor procedures, controls, and safety guidelines on the line.
• Conduct daily shift handovers and ensure components meet daily schedule.
• Identify line issues using root cause analysis and coordinate with maintenance.
