Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred)
• 2 years supervisory/lead experience (preferred)
• Root Cause Analysis (5 Why/Fishbone) preferred
• Leadership training preferred
• Total Productive Maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to operate and supervise manufacturing equipment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate line productivity and ensure effective utilization of line personnel
• Lead and motivate line staff; provide training and direction
• Direct and monitor procedures and controls; communicate issues to supervisor
• Communicate shift productivity standards to line staff
• Lead daily shift handover meetings
• Ensure lines are supplied with necessary components to meet production schedule
• Identify line issues using root cause analysis and coordinate with maintenance to maximize efficiency
• Ensure quality and safety standards; inspect finished products and follow safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate records using ICS, Ignition, Brady Link 360 and ADP
• Attend daily/weekly technical meetings to discuss productivity and safety issues
