Job summary

You will monitor production output, coordinate changeovers to maximize line efficiency, and perform basic maintenance while recording downtime and material usage in the system. This role supports a fast-paced, safety-focused production floor.

Qualifications

• Strong operating knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
• Basic mechanical skills and aptitude for hands-on work.
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery and report issues.
• Familiarity with 5S and safety practices.
• Proficient in basic computer and Windows-based software.
• Good written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned machines to meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate product changeovers to maximize line efficiency.
• Monitor output and quality; report issues promptly.
• Participate in 5 Why analysis to reduce downtime.
• Assist with basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow 5S guidelines.
• Record production run data and material usage in the system.
• Attend daily/weekly meetings to discuss productivity and safety.
