Job summary

BLACK FOREST VENTURES LLC is seeking a Kitchen Partner in Conroe, TX to handle back-of-house roles such as Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher. You will ensure timely production of meals using company recipes, manage sanitation, and oversee shrinkage and security in your area.

You will assist guests' needs, set up and reset stations, and maintain cleanliness while producing high-quality food. Daily checklists and par sheets will be completed to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Assist in taking care of guest's needs.
• Set up stations for shifts and break down or reset stations after a shift.
• Properly producing the guest's order.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Putting orders away as they arrive.
• Checking product for our quality standards.
• Complete daily checklists and daily par sheets accurately.
• Ensure all food produced meets expectations.
• Shrink / security control.
• Follow systems for quality.
• Alert management to any issues or problems.

Responsibilities

Job Details: Job Location: Conroe, TX 77303, A Kitchen Partner can hold many different back of the house jobs including, but limited to Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher. The Kitchen Partner reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and all other store management.

The Kitchen Partner ensures that all product is made in a timely fashion using recipes set forth by the company. The Kitchen Partner must manage security and shrinkage control as well as overall sanitation of their work area.
