Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown kitchen stations for shifts
• Prepare and portion guest orders
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
• Receive and store incoming orders promptly
• Check product quality against company standards
• Follow systems for quality control
• Report malfunctioning equipment to store management
• Monitor shrinkage and security measures
• Adhere to company recipes and procedures

Job description

Job Details: Job Location: Houston, TX 77007, Salary Range: $13.50 - $16.00 Hourly, A Kitchen Partner can hold many different back of the house jobs including, but limited to Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher. The Kitchen Partner reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and all other store management.

The Kitchen Partner ensures that all product is made in a timely fashion using recipes set forth by the company. The Kitchen Partner must manage security and shrinkage control as well as overall sanitation of their work area.

Requirements:

• Assist in taking care of guest's needs
• Set up stations for shifts and break down or reset stations after a shift
• Properly producing the guest's order
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Putting orders away as they arrive
• Checking product for our quality standards
• Complete daily checklists
• Complete daily par sheets accurately
• Ensure all food produced meets expectations
• Shrink / security control
• Follow systems for quality
• Alert management to any issues or problems
• Report all malfunctioning equipment to store management
