Job summary

BLACK FOREST VENTURES LLC is seeking a Kitchen Partner in Conroe, TX to handle back-of-house roles such as Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher. You will ensure timely production of meals using company recipes, manage sanitation, and oversee shrinkage and security in your area.

You will assist guests' needs, set up and reset stations, and maintain cleanliness while producing high-quality food. Daily checklists and par sheets will be completed to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Assist in taking care of guest's needs.
• Set up stations for shifts and break down or reset stations after a shift.
• Properly producing the guest's order.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Putting orders away as they arrive.
• Checking product for our quality standards.
• Complete daily checklists and daily par sheets accurately.
• Ensure all food produced meets expectations.
• Shrink / security control.
• Follow systems for quality.
• Alert management to any issues or problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with needs and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Set up and break down kitchen stations per shift.
• Prepare and assemble guest orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Receive and store incoming orders promptly.
• Inspect products against quality standards before use.
• Complete daily checklists and par sheets.
• Ensure all prepared food meets company quality expectations.
• Monitor shrinkage and enforce security controls.
• Report any malfunctioning equipment to management.
