Job summary

Black Forest Ventures LLC is seeking a Kitchen Partner in Houston, TX to perform back-of-house roles such as Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher. You will report to the Kitchen Manager and ensure timely production per company recipes, while managing security and sanitation in the work area.

The role requires maintaining cleanliness, following quality systems, and promptly reporting equipment issues to management. This is an on-site position with an hourly pay range of $13.50–$16.00.

Qualifications

• Assist in taking care of guest's needs.
• Set up stations for shifts and reset stations after a shift.
• Properly producing the guest's order.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Putting orders away as they arrive.
• Checking product for our quality standards.
• Complete daily checklists.
• Complete daily par sheets accurately.
• Ensure all food produced meets expectations.
• Shrink / security control.
• Follow systems for quality.
• Alert management to any issues or problems.
• Report all malfunctioning equipment to store management.

Job Details: Job Location: Houston, TX 77070, Salary Range: $13.50 - $16.00 Hourly, A Kitchen Partner can hold many different back of the house jobs including, but limited to Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher. The Kitchen Partner reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and all other store management. The Kitchen Partner ensures that all product is made in a timely fashion using recipes set forth by the company. The Kitchen Partner must manage security and shrinkage control as well as overall sanitation of their work area.
