Job summary
Mondelez International is seeking a Production Supervisor for a fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing line in the U.S. You will lead start-ups, drive OEE and TPM, and coach a frontline team to meet safety, quality and delivery goals.
You’ll partner with maintenance and quality to prevent downtime, uphold GMP/HACCP standards, and develop talent through coaching, training and cross-function collaboration. This hands-on role requires strong communication and a results-driven mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Ops/Engineering, Food Sci or Business.
- 1–3 years in high-speed manufacturing or frontline team leadership.
- Fluent English and Spanish; strong communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily start-ups, manage huddles and OEE metrics.
- Coach frontline team and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement with 5S/SMED/TPM techniques.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality to reduce downtime.
