Job summary

Danone North America is hiring a Site Initiative Execution Leader for Minster, Ohio. The role acts as the factory's single point of contact for innovation, renovation, productivity and sourcing projects, providing technical and industrial leadership from feasibility through execution and post-launch review.

You will bridge Operations, R&I/R&D, C&P, Finance and Engineering to ensure projects are feasible, resourced and aligned with factory capabilities while driving continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Required: 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or project execution roles.
• Preferred: Advanced degree or certification in Project Management, Operations Excellence, or Supply Chain
• Preferred: Experience leading site level initiatives or innovation execution in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site SPOC for all project stakeholders (Innovation, Renovation, Productivity, Sourcing).
• Provide technical and industrial pre-feasibility assessments during define phase.
• Plan factory resources (CAPEX, OPEX) and ensure alignment with capabilities.
• Act as factory project leader, integrating engineering and operations resources.
• Lead and execute industrial trials for innovation and productivity projects.
• Build feasibility assessments for project briefs and R&P changes.
• Own the homologation process and local stage gate governance.
• Lead local duplication and simple productivity projects per RACI.
