Job summary

Ditsch USA is hiring a Line Lead for the 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will supervise and coach a production team on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets are met each shift.

This hands‑on leadership role requires active problem solving and strong communication with supervisors and peers. Eligible candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience; food production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Opportunity: 2nd shift - Production Line Lead with Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM / 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM, Monday - Thursday, Fridays as needed.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable leading a team in a manufacturing environment. Food production experience is helpful, but strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are most important.

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production.
• Previous lead, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, teamwork, basic math, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read production documents, follow specifications, and work overtime or weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures, equipment, noise, and required safety gear.
