Job summary

Lindt, Stratham, NH, is seeking a Line Lead for the third shift to run the sticks & squares production line. You will oversee line personnel, manage changeovers, and drive productivity while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will lead handovers, verify material availability, and address line issues with maintenance and supervision to maximize efficiency on a fast-paced chocolate line.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage production line and lead shift staff.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably food industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate line productivity and changeovers.
• Lead and train line staff to meet volume and quality targets.
• Ensure quality & safety standards and conduct daily quality checks.
• Identify line issues using root cause analysis and communicate with maintenance.
• Maintain TPM and 5S practices across the facility.
• Recordkeeping using SAP, Ignition, and ADP systems.
• Monitor attendance and report capacity issues to supervision.
• Attend daily/weekly meetings to discuss productivity and safety.
