Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli is seeking a manufacturing operator in Stratham, NH to set up assigned machines, run daily production, and coordinate product changeovers to maximize line efficiency. You will monitor quality, follow 5S, lockout/tagout, and safety guidelines while performing basic preventative maintenance and documenting production data for downtime, waste, and throughput.

This role requires physical rigour, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and occasional weekend shifts; Lindt offers

Qualifications

• Strong operating knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take direction and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of machinery troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned machine(s) to meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate product changeovers to maximize line efficiency.
• Monitor machine and material quality; report issues promptly.
• Participate in 5 Why analysis and basic maintenance tasks.
• Follow 5S, safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
