Job summary

iSpace, Inc. is seeking a Line Support Technician for its Ohio operation (Anna).

This on-site role focuses on maintaining Tier I line applications and equipment, following documented processes to restore normal operations and escalate incidents when needed. You will provide plant-floor end-user support for desktops, applications, and networks; interact with operators to understand production processes; assist with hardware issues (printers, scanners, PCs) and participate in upgrades and

Qualifications

Experience supporting computer applications and end-user computing devices.
Experience with Windows 7/10, Active Directory, and LAN/Networking.
Experience using MS Office and problem-ticketing applications.
Experience executing processes on an AIX/UNIX environment.
Experience managing Level 1 and Level 2 support calls.
Hardware troubleshooting for printers, scanners, desktops/laptops, handheld devices.
General knowledge of GALC/ALC systems and related business processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

Plant floor client and end-user desktop, application, and network support for Tier 1 systems.
Interacting with plant floor users and clients to understand production processes.
Support projects such as technology upgrades and implementations of Tier 1 systems.
Review and respond to monitoring systems for Tier 1 systems.
