Job summary

State Industrial Products is seeking an Operations and Support Analyst to manage and monitor batch jobs, ensuring system integrity and uptime. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals while supporting corporate and field staff.

You will work on SAP, SQL, and other scheduling tools, provide IT support for Office 365, Azure AD, and related systems, and participate in installations, training, and issue resolution in a collaborative IT Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in IT operations, system support, or infrastructure monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor corporate application operational jobs (SAP, SQL, scheduling tools).
• Monitor services including Office 365, VM hosting, file backups and EDR.
• Provide SAP application support: analysis, system management, troubleshooting.
• Deliver IT support to onsite and remote staff; handle multiple tickets concurrently.
• Document requests clearly and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with asset management and system monitoring processes.
• Support common office apps (Office 365, Azure AD, Teams, Acrobat).
• Learn new applications and technologies; collaborate with technical teammates.
