Job summary

Brundage Mountain Resort in McCall, Idaho is seeking a Winter Seasonal Line Cook to join our Back of the House team. You will learn kitchen operations, receive on-site training, and help staff multiple F&B outlets as needed.

This role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop cooking skills under the supervision of the Executive Chef. References required; ability to lift 60 lbs may be necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the lead cook and Executive Chef
• Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
• Food preparation and portioning prior to service
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment on your feet for several hours at a time.
• Ability to receive and carry out instructions and critical feedback.
