Job summary

Brundage is seeking a Line Cook to join our Back of the House team for the winter season at McCall, ID. This role offers on-the-job training in kitchen operations and an energetic work environment.

You will prepare menu items, stock the line, maintain sanitation, and work in a fast-paced setting. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required; lifting up to 60 lbs and standing long shifts are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-service restaurant is desired but we will train the right candidate.
• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
• Task-driven individual.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the lead cook and Executive Chef
• Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
• Food preparation and portioning prior to service
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment on your feet for several hours at a time.
• Ability to receive and carry out instructions and critical feedback.
