Job summary

Brundage Mountain Resort Llc in McCall, Idaho is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our Back of the House team. You will train in kitchen operation skills, work across BMR F&B outlets as needed, and help maintain quality and speed during service.

Responsibilities include cooking and preparing menu items, stocking the line, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and following lead chef directions in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but training is available.

Qualifications

• Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
• Experience in full-service restaurant is desired but we will train the right candidate.
• Task-driven individual.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare all menu items in accordance with standards set by the lead cook and Executive Chef.
• Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line.
• Food preparation and portioning prior to service.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment on your feet for several hours at a time.
• Ability to receive and carry out instructions and critical feedback.
