The Stoneleigh, a landmark in Uptown Dallas now part of Marriott's Autograph Collection, seeks a professional line cook to join its culinary team. You will prepare food to a high standard following recipes and production guidelines, set up and maintain efficient workstations, and collaborate with servers and supervisors to ensure timely, quality service.

Experience in hotel kitchens is preferred; physical stamina to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for long shifts is required.

• Hotel or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Set up and rotate stock; monitor temps and food safety.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized kitchen stations.
