Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Server at The Stoneleigh in Uptown Dallas, part of Marriott's Autograph Collection. You will deliver stellar guest service in a renovated property featuring Lions Den and Bar Leonessa.

Assist the Outlet Manager and servers, maintain clean stations, clear tables, and ensure smooth service across meal periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and communicate effectively is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push goods up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings and reset tables.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Comply with attendance rules and work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
