Job summary

Champions Social Club in North Dallas is seeking an experienced Line Cook to deliver the elevated culinary experience our members expect. You will set up and maintain stations, cook menu items to standardized recipes, and work closely with the team to ensure timely, consistent plates with presentation that reflects our brand.

The role requires a fast-paced, detail-oriented mindset, a commitment to food safety, and flexibility for afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale or fine dining preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking methods and food safety.
• Spanish/English bilingual required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain assigned stations with all necessary ingredients, equipment, and supplies for service.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, proper cooking techniques, portion standards, and presentation expectations.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure accurate and timely execution of menu items during service.
• Follow established procedures for allergies, dietary restrictions, and special member requests.
