Responsibilities include:

• Preparing food, sauces, and garnishes for service, including chopping vegetables, cooking proteins, and preparing sauces.
• Ensuring timely preparation of all food items for service.
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the station throughout preparation and service.
• Multitasking in a high-volume environment while maintaining quality and composure.

Qualifications:

• Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection (NYC Food Handlers)

Must be adaptable, able to coordinate multiple projects, prioritize, and accommodate last-minute requests and changes.

Physical Demands:
