Four Seasons Hotels Limited in Naples, FL, seeks a kitchen supervisor to oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner prep according to guest orders and production needs. You will maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and ensure high quality standards are met during service.

You will join the opening team and help set up mis en place, stock stations, and coordinate with kitchen management to deliver exceptional guest experiences at this luxury resort.

About the role

Supervise and oversee the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
