Responsibilities

• Prepare or direct preparation of food using established procedures.
• Determine amount and type of food and supplies required.
• Learn menus, recipes, preparation, and presentation.
• Comply with sanitation, hygiene, and health standards.
• Plan food production to align with meal serving hours.
• Maintain a clean work area and equipment.
• Prepare food for next shift and for following day.
• Coordinate with servers to ensure guest satisfaction.
