Job summary

Scenic PG LLC is seeking a Cook to prepare all food items for Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen, minimizing waste, and supporting other kitchen roles as needed. The role requires physical stamina and flexibility to work long hours in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Culinary experience required.

Responsibilities

• Have thorough knowledge of menus and the preparation required, according to hotel standards.
• Prepare all foods following hotel standard recipes and assist in Banquet or Employee Cafeteria as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and kitchen areas, and follow health regulations.
