Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• 3 years cooking experience preferred, broiler cooking preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards.
• Knowledge of broiler cooking and sauté techniques.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and kitchen safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily preparation lists for production.
• Reads and uses recipes with basic math for portions.
• Prepares broiled and sautéed items to standard recipes.
• Inspects and uses high-quality ingredients for menu items.
• Maintains proper storage and portion control to ensure quality.
• Keeps all areas clean and compliant with health regulations.
