Job summary

Hilton Dallas Southlake Town Square is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to maintain and set up food production for front line stations. You will prepare broiled and sautéed items, follow recipes, and ensure quality and proper portion control.

Qualifications

• 3 years cooking experience preferred.
• Broiler cooking preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily production lists and follow recipes.
• Broil and sauté food items according to standard recipes and guest checks.
• Inspect and ensure quality, proper storage, and portion control of all menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and comply with health regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and support other kitchen staff as needed.
