Job summary

Whitmoor Country Club in Missouri is seeking a Line Cook to join our casual dining team. This PT/FT role offers day and night shifts, with weekend availability, at a single Saint Charles location.

You will pre-prepare items, cook to order, assist on the line, and keep a clean, sanitary workstation during service. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; restaurant experience (1 year) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meats, seafoods, vegetables, and other items for line and function service.
• Follows standard recipes when pre-preparing and cooking items.
• Uses food preparation equipment per manufacturers’ instructions.
• Keeps workstation and equipment clean and sanitary.
• Returns unused food to proper storage areas.
• Assists with preparation of other items on the serving line as needed.
• Maintains safe and sanitary handling procedures throughout.
