Job summary

Marlborough Country Club is seeking a dedicated line cook for night shifts and a prep cook for day shifts. Both part-time and full-time positions are available. You'll work under a talented chef in a vibrant kitchen setting, preparing diverse cuisines for events and changing menus.

Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Must have flexibility in schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to ensure quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas.
• Follow instructions from the executive chef and kitchen staff.
