Job summary

Whitmoor Country Club in Missouri is seeking a Line Cook to join our casual dining team. This PT/FT role offers day and night shifts, with weekend availability, at a single Saint Charles location.

You will pre-prepare items, cook to order, assist on the line, and keep a clean, sanitary workstation during service. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; restaurant experience (1 year) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with preparation of other items on the serving line as needed.
• Maintains safe and sanitary handling procedures throughout.

Full Job Description

• Essential Functions Pre-prepare items required for work station according to par sheets or instructions from Sous Chef. Prepare products assigned to his/her workstation during service. IV.

II. Additional Responsibilities

• Prepares meats, seafoods, vegetables, and other items required for line and special function purposes.
• Carefully follows standard recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all items.
• Uses food preparation equipment according to manufacturers’ instructions.
• Cleans work station and equipment.
• Returns unused food products to proper storage areas.
• Assists with preparation of other food products on serving line as needed.
• Consistently uses safe and sanitary food-handling procedures.
• Returns soiled food preparation utensils and other smallware items to the proper areas.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time.

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour.
