Job summary

Whitmoor Country Club is seeking a part-time or full-time Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will pre-prepare items, cook to order, follow recipes, use kitchen equipment safely, and maintain a clean station. Experience preferred: 1 year restaurant experience; high school or equivalent is preferred.

Shifts include day and night, holidays, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability. This role reports to the Sous Chef and works at one location in Weldon Spring, MO.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepares meats, seafoods, vegetables, and other items required for line and special function purposes.
• Carefully follows standard recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all items.
• Uses food preparation equipment according to manufacturers' instructions.
• Cleans work station and equipment.
• Returns unused food products to proper storage areas.
