Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team in the food industry. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Duties

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
• Follow recipes and cooking procedures to prepare meals according to our standards
• Cook and plate dishes with attention to detail and presentation
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient serviceMaintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with catering events as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
