Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food following exact chef specifications and set up stations.
• Organize and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g., cut vegetables and meat, prepare sauces).
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Respond to instructions from the executive chef or sous chef.
• Clean the station and handle leftover food.
• Store inventory properly.
• Ensure food is served simultaneously, promptly, and of high quality.
