Torsap Thai Kitchen is hiring for a line cook to prepare and cook items per established recipes and portion standards. You will set up and maintain your station, assemble orders quickly, and ensure food safety during service.

Qualifications

• Previous professional kitchen or line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred.
• Ability to handle high-pressure rushes and multiple orders concurrently.
• Strong understanding of safe food handling and proper cooking temperatures (ServSafe a plus).
• Dependable work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude with evening/weekend availability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, in a warm kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook line items according to recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station with ingredients, tools, and supplies.
• Cook and assemble items quickly and accurately during peak hours while ensuring quality.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace following health standards and closing procedures.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
