Qualifications

• Must be able to perform multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must produce items exactly according to recipe to ensure guest satisfaction and control costs.
• Must follow food handling and sanitation procedures to control costs and ensure safety.
• Must read guest orders and hear requests in a noisy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all prepared food meets recipe standards and presentation guidelines.
• Complies with food safety rules, laws, protocols, and standards.
• Places expo-ready food in the window according to zoning standards.
• Keeps kitchen clean, stocks and rotates inventory, and maintains station setup.
• Communicates ticket times and potential problems with service staff and managers.
• Performs prep work, assists with line checks, and breaks down the station daily.
• Maintains rotation, labels products with day dots, and sanitizes throughout the shift.
