• Keeps kitchen clean, stocks and rotates inventory.
• Communicates ticket times and issues with service staff and managers.
• Completes prep work and cleans station daily.
• Assists with line checks and ensures products comply with safety guidelines.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains inventory rotation throughout shift.
• Labels products with day dots and par levels.
