Qualifications

• Must perform multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must produce items exactly according to recipe for guest satisfaction and cost control.
• Must follow food handling and sanitation procedures for safety and costs.
• Must read Guest orders accurately.
• Must hear kitchen/window staff and Manager requests in noisy environments.
• Must stand, move and walk for the entire shift.
• Must bend and stoop frequently.
• Must lift and carry sacks/cases up to 70 lbs., up to 20 times per shift.
• Must work in hot and damp environment.
• Must occasionally work in extreme cold in walk-in freezer.
• Must use hands 99% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all prepared food meets standard of excellence and recipe adherence.
• Complies with all food safety rules and standards.
• Places expo-ready food in the window following zoning standards.
• Keeps kitchen clean, stocks and rotates inventory.
• Communicates ticket times and issues with service staff and Managers.
• Completes prep work and cleans station daily.
• Assists with Line Checks and ensures products meet sensitivity guidelines.
• Operates and maintains equipment properly.
• Labels products with day dots and signs as appropriate.
