Job summary

Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago is seeking a culinary professional to plan, prep, and set up all menu items with quality service and precise plating as guided by the sous chef. Maintain station organization and follow exact recipes and plating standards to meet expectations.

The role requires strong English communication, 3 years of culinary experience, and sanitation certification. Knowledge of multiple stations and high-pressure service is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in culinary field required.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and staff.
• Previous tournant experience or knowledge of grill, saute, garde manger, soups, pastry and vegetable prep.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of restaurant production.
• Display and present items as designated by sous chef for service.
• Follow established recipes and plating guides to exact specifications.
