Job summary

Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago seeks a skilled culinary prep and station assistant to support all kitchen productions. You will follow exact recipes and plating guides, maintain mise en place, and keep your station organized to meet the Chef’s expectations.

You’ll work with a tight team to ensure quality service during busy service periods. This position is non full-time and requires English communication, high standards of sanitation, and the ability to work at multiple stations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Culinary college degree preferred.
• Sanitation certificate required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up station according to recipes and plating guides.
• Maintain mise en place and organize station/equipment for service.
• Follow established processes and work with team to meet production schedules.
• Maintain clean, neat, and organized work area and comply with safety regulations.
