Job summary

Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, TX is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and cook food for multi-unit operation following all established standards. You will ensure quality, presentation, and taste, with attention to allergen information and proper knife skills.

Responsibilities include following Texas HACCP and ServSafe procedures, assisting with opening/closing, stocking, inventory requests, and delivering guest service in a fast-paced kitchen. Flexibility and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Line Cook experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule and attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food timely to recipe specifications, including allergen awareness and proper knife skills.
• Follow Texas HACCP and ServSafe procedures; maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, stocking, and inventory requests.
• Collaborate with team to deliver fast, friendly guest service.
• Participate in EH&S responsibilities and follow UDX policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
